Product Description

Features and Benefits:
  • Allows a 51mm (2″) commercial vacuum hose to be used with 38mm (1.5″) vacuums and accessories
  • Soft PVC permits the threads engaging the hose a degree of flexibility accommodating minor variations in the pitch and spacing of the hose corrugations
  • Designed for the left hand thread pattern typical of spiral wound crushproof hoses and easily engages the hose holding secure against stripping from the hose
  • Best used at the working end of the hose and is not recommended as a transition point into the vacuum to reduce the risk of clogging or reducing vacuum performance
  • Ideal for industrial and commercial applications such as gutter cleaning whereby a 51mm hose is preferable for gutters but 38mm tools are easier to use on the ground
Compatibility:
  • The 65401 is designed to thread on to the exterior profile of industry standard 51mm inner diameter crushproof vacuum hose with a female slip end measuring 38mm on the inner diameter. Can be used with either of our 51mm hose 69427 and 60374.
