Overview:
This lightweight 100mm (4″) translucent thermoplastic polyurethane hose is designed for flexible dust and debris transfer applications where durability, abrasion resistance and easy handling are important.
The hose is reinforced with a spring steel wire support, helping it retain its shape while remaining flexible enough for connection to commercial vacuums, blast gates, ducting systems and related extraction equipment.
Polyurethane offers improved abrasion and puncture resistance compared with traditional PVC hose, making it particularly suitable for conveying abrasive or splintered materials such as wood chips, shavings, metalworking debris and fibreglass particles.
Typical applications include woodworking, metalworking, grinding, machining, sanding, sawing, shaping, ventilation, heating and cooling systems, and general-purpose ducting.
