What jobs is the Reach 93125B designed for?
This kit is suited to internal high-level cleaning where a team needs to reach areas that are difficult to clean from floor level. Typical examples include ceiling level dust, beams, pipework, ledges, ventilation grilles, ducts and light fittings.
Its tool selection is particularly helpful where one location has more than one type of elevated surface. The Sidewinder tools have pivoting heads that are designed to follow horizontal or vertical surfaces, while the pipe tools help teams work around conduit, pipes and other curved profiles. The ventilation tools give the operator options for cleaning ducts from 30cm to 120cm in diameter.
That makes the kit a practical match for commercial buildings, schools, offices, warehouses, retail sites, healthcare settings, universities and industrial environments, particularly where elevated dust has to be managed as part of a planned cleaning programme.
Why aluminium poles?
The Reach 93125B uses aluminium telescopic poles. Aluminium is a strong, practical and cost-effective choice for general high-level cleaning. It is a good fit for teams that need a complete professional system for routine work at high levels but don’t need to go beyond 21ft or outlay the cost required for a carbon fibre kit.
For a team that is choosing between materials, the decision should be based on frequency of use, working height and the length of each cleaning session. Carbon fibre can be easier to handle for prolonged work at greater heights; aluminium can be the sensible choice for general commercial applications where value and durability are key considerations.

How much Reach do you need?

The kit reaches up to 6.4m (21ft) taking into consideration 3ft from the user when holding the pole around waist height. The right choice is not always the longest one. Select the reach that comfortably covers the working height you need, taking account of the tool at the end of the pole, the operator position and the surfaces being cleaned.
A shorter setup can be easier to control where the work is lower or more confined. A longer option may be more appropriate for taller internal spaces, such as warehouse areas, atria and higher-ceilinged commercial sites. The system is designed for elevated cleaning from the floor, and can also be extended horizontally from an elevated platform when the application requires it. The complete kit is also available in a 16ft offer (SKU: 93114 or 93114B)

How does the system stay secure at height?
When equipment is being used overhead, dependable connections matter. The Reach 93125B uses positive locking buttons and ABS compression collars at its connections. These are designed to help keep pole sections, adaptor wands and tools joined during overhead cleaning or when the system is extended horizontally. This dramatically reduces the risk of nozzles, or poles falling from overhead during use which can put the users health at risk.
Will it connect to your vacuum?
The Reach 93125B is compatible with major backpack and commercial canister vacuums equipped with 32mm or 38mm hose. The kit includes screw cuffs for both sizes, helping it fit into many commercial vacuum setups. Also, the base pole is a 38mm OD male fit and is compatible with 38mm ID female cuffs. Likewise, two small ABS adaptor are included although alternated one is 32mm female and compatible with 32mm male adaptors, and the other is 35mm.
- 32mm (1.25″) is generally compatible with smaller commercial vacuum systems like those offered by Numatic (i.e. Henry), and Nilfisk to name some recognisable brands.
- 35mm (1.375″) is a European size typical of manufacturers from Germany or Italy such as Miele, Ghibli, Starmix, Fein etc.
- 38mm (1.5″) is commercial/industrial. Particular units from Numatic, Nilfisk and other manufacturers will be equipped with compatible accessories.
- 51mm (2″) is industrial, think gutter vacuums! We have compatible cuffs like our 65401.
Before ordering, check the size and type of your existing vacuum hose connection. The vacuum itself, hose diameter and inlet style all affect whether a direct connection will be possible. If your vacuum uses a different diameter or fitting, an adaptor may be needed.
This is worth confirming before purchase. Measuring the internal and external diameters of the hose, vacuum inlet and tool connection can help avoid compatibility delays and make sure the kit is ready to use when it arrives. You can always drop us an email or give us a call!

Who should choose the Reach 93125B?
This complete aluminium kit is a good choice for:
- Commercial cleaning contractors and facilities teams that need one flexible, coordinated pole-and-tool system rather than selecting separate components
- Warehouse and industrial teams cleaning beams, pipework, ventilation areas and other high-level dust traps
- Businesses that already use a suitable 32mm or 38mm backpack or commercial canister vacuum
- Teams responsible for planned cleaning in offices, schools, retail sites or public buildings
When should you choose a different option?
A different Reach kit may be a better fit when the job is more specialised. For example, a dedicated ventilation kit may suit a team focused primarily on ducts and air-movement systems, while a carbon-fibre pole system may be preferable for regular extended-reach work where operator fatigue is a major concern.
Likewise, a shorter or simpler pole set may be enough for occasional lower-level work. Even more so if your vacuum isn’t up to the job. If you’re looking to clean up to 21ft then a small domestic vacuum will lack the desired airflow. We recommend at this height to use a vacuum that operates at 56l/sec. For example Henry (HVR-160) is specified as 31.5l/sec, whereas the Fein Dustex 35L is specified as 72l/sec. The best decision starts with the actual working height, the surfaces to be cleaned, the nature of the debris, the frequency of use and the vacuum that will power the system.
A quick pre-order checklist
- Confirm the working height you need to reach.
- List the surfaces you will be cleaning: beams, pipework, vents, ducts, ledges or fittings.
- Confirm your vacuum is a suitable backpack or commercial canister model.
- Measure the hose and vacuum connection, especially if it is not 32mm or 38mm.
- Ask CTS for advice if you are unsure about the pole, tool, hose or adaptor combination.
Is the Reach 93125B the right kit for your team?
For a team that needs a complete high-level vacuum system for reaching up 6.4m (21 ft), the Reach 93125B offers a flexible set of locking poles, tools and connection options in one package. It is especially useful where a single site or contract includes a mix of elevated surfaces, not just one type of cleaning task.
