What power tools are compatible with the Quick Click system?

The Quick Click system has been designed to fit most major brands of power tools and work shrouds including Bosch, Ryobi, Makita, Dewalt, Festool, Fein, Cobalt, Porter Cable, Hitachi and Milwaukee Electric. We always advise measuring your tools dust port internal and external diameter and cross-referencing against our adaptor sizes. If you’re not sure, just ask us!

What are the diameters of the Quick Click adaptors?

Internal diameter (ID): 19, 25, 32, and 38mm Outer diameter (OD): 32, 35, 42, 48, and 58mm Five Piece sets include all of the above sizes. Four Piece sets include all of the above, but not the 58mm Two Piece sets include ID 25 and 38mm, OD 35 and 48mm.

What diameter hose is compatible with the Quick Click adaptors?

If you have a pre-existing hose, you will need to ensure the hose internal diameter is 32mm to be compatible with any Quick Click power tool adaptor.

What vacuums are compatible with the Quick Click system?

The Quick Click system is compatible with major brands of home shop vacuums including Shop-Vac, Vacmaster, Ridgid, Craftsman, DeWalt, Bosch, Festool and John Deere. Any home, shop or wet and dry vacuum with a 58mm push fit connection will be compatible of this hose. Additionally, we have solutions available for 63 and 100mm vacuum inlets. We also provide hose solutions for Numatic/Henry vacuums. We always advise measuring the internal diameter of your vacuum hose inlet. If you’re not sure, just ask us!

What is the diameter of the Quick Click hoses?

Quick Click standard hose kits are 32mm in diameter (internal diameter). Whereas we offer multiple variations for our antistatic hose kits. We have straight 32mm antistatic hoses and conical antistatic hoses which taper from 38mm at the machine to 32mm at the tool end.

How long are Quick Click hoses?

There are a variety of hose lengths available when purchasing a Quick Click hose kit. For most kits we provide 3, 5, 6 and 9m lengths. However, hose can be purchased individually right up to 20m.

What is the difference between standard and antistatic Quick Click products?

The antistatic adaptors and hose kits unlike the standard, reduce or eliminate static build up on the adaptor and hose surface which helps reduce the potential of fine particulate to stick to the surface of the hose. The entire vacuum system from adaptor to vacuum must be grounded for the antistatic kits to work effectively.

What is the difference between L, M and H Class?

L Class (Low Risk) – general purpose for soft woods and solid surface material such as gypsum and plasterboard. Captures 99% of dust. ≤ 1.0% Dusts with maximum allowable concentrations (MAC) > 1 mg/m³ M Class (Medium Risk) – for hard woods, board materials, concrete and brick dust. Captures 99.9% of dust. < 0.1% Dusts with maximum allowable concentrations (MAC) ≥ 0.1 mg/m³ H Class (High Risk) – highly carcinogenic dusts, asbestos, formaldehyde, mould, germs and bacteria. Captures 99.995% of dust. < 0.005% Dusts with maximum allowable concentrations (MAC) < 0.1 mg/m³

What comes with the CTSDE50 packages?

We offer a range of packages for the CTSDE50 which starts with just the extractor itself, cartridge, paper and cloth filters, 2mx100mm hose, 100-58mm reducer and spare bags. Additional packages include wheel kits, Quick Click hose kits and workshop cleaning kits.

How big is the CTSDE50?

Approximately 74cm in height and 37cm in diameter. The diameter inclusive of the outlet on the machine is approx. 43cm. If considering the wheel kit the extractor height is no more than 80cm.
