Quick Click Separator Hose Kit with 37l Stainless Steel Collection Bin

Product Description

The Quick Click Separator is designed to efficiently separate dust, debris, and liquids from an airstream and collect the material in a general purpose recovery bin reducing the materials which reach the vacuum. With a 20cm (8inch) upper housing with curved surfaces, the separator design insures the debris entering the separator travels freely past the centre baffle and smooths the airstream path which minimises its impact on the performance of the vacuum and raises efficiency. The separator inlets are designed around industry standard vacuums and hoses to make connecting the separator easy and efficient with minimal need for adaptors or duct tape. Both the intake and outlet to the vacuum are designed to be compatible with industry standard wet-dry domestic vacuums like Bosch, Festool, Makita, Shop-Vac, Vacmaster, Titan, DeWalt, and many other brands. The hoses will fit male into the 58mm inlet such as with the included 2.5m connection hose. The outside of the inlet and exit to the vacuum are designed to accept popular 63mm dust collection wire support hoses commonly used in home and commercial workshops. Kit includes a 37l stainless steel collection bin with heavy duty wheels which is ideal for use in a broad range of applications including woodworking, auto body detail shops, commercial painters, sheet rock installation and repair, remodelers, construction clean-up contractors, stone counter top production shops, hard wood floor refinishers, liquid capture, gardening, and slurry collection.

Choose from either a 3m or 5m Quick Click power tool hose to connect your separator to your power tools. Comes with five Quick Click adaptors: 19-32mm (ID-OD), 25-35mm, 32-42mm, 38-48mm and 58mm (OD).
